- If your care insurance fund denies approval for the care box, we will contact you to explore possible solutions. In some cases, filing an objection may be worthwhile, and we’re happy to do this together with you.
- No. You can skip your next delivery, pause the subscription for a longer period, or cancel it. Please only cancel if you are no longer entitled to the care box, for example in case of moving to a care home or death. You can clarify this with us by phone or email.
